Company Secretary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Company Secretary on behalf of a leading investment bank based in Belfast.

Duties:

• Committee secretary
• Meetings
• Minuting
• Following up post-admin pieces of work
• Meetings are chaired or co-chaired by CEOs/senior management
• Do require experienced committee management and minuting
• Between 3 and 4 committees a month, will be managing 2-3 of these, 60 to 90 minutes
• Stakeholder management

12-month contract, 3 days on site 2 from home per week
