Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll operations for a large team, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage all aspects of payroll administration, such as tax returns, reconciliations, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.
- Process vendor invoices and reconcile accounts with suppliers.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and contribute to ad-hoc reporting or administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience managing payroll and accounts payable.
- Proficient in payroll software (e.g., Sage or similar) and skilled with IT systems.
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations and compliance in Ireland.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organisation.
- Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.
