    Location: Dublin (Hybrid work, 2 days WFH)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business and repeat sales.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
    • Close high-value deals and develop strategic sales plans for rapid growth.
    • Pursue new business opportunities and expand market reach.
    • Craft compelling proposals and negotiate strategic contracts.
    • Track performance using data insights to optimize sales strategies and execution.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 5+ years in B2B senior sales, with a proven record of hitting targets and closing big deals.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a winning sales team.
    • Highly competitive, results-driven, and customer-focused.
    • Expert negotiator and communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficient in sales metrics, CRM tools, and pipeline analysis.
