    Client OnBoarding - Fund Services

    The objective of this role is to effectively on-board and integrate new business into the operations process for Fund Accounting, Custody and Transfer Agency.

    The team works closely with the sales and client development functions to ensure successful client transition into operations teams. It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial person with drive and commitment to work in a dynamic environment and gain exposure to all aspects of the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Senior relationship management position working as the interface between sales, client development, operations and the client.
    • Directly oversee the service delivery and engagement of new clients.
    • Promote and maintain our high quality client experience.
    • Understand the needs of our clients, their requirement for accurate and timely data coupled with a proactive approach to client relationship management.
    • Recommend opportunities to enhance client focused service delivery where appropriate. ·
    • Understand the changing needs of our industry and keeping up with current product offerings.
    • Act as a proactive business partner to build relationships with existing and new clients
    • Ensure client reporting metrics are delivered to add value to client service levels.
    • Responsible for solving issues and incidents and monitoring delivery of solutions and overall service to client and the wider internal organisation
    • Help foster and cultivate a change culture where we strive to provide the highest quality service. As a senior manager you will help drive new enhancements, develop best practice and support the build out of capacity and scale within the organization.
    • Act as a point of reference / referral escalation point for colleagues.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of 8-10 years' experience working in an operational department with a minimum of 5 years at manager level.
    • Proven experience in acting as a senior point of contact for clients.
    • Proven track record working for a top tier service provider; knowledge of fund administration systems
    • Strong product knowledge
    • Good working knowledge of market data vendor services
    • Strong working knowledge of accounting, investor servicing, custody and depositary.
    • Can demonstrate a strong understanding of the interdependencies involved in the service offerings of a fund services provider (Fund Accounting, Investor Services, Custody, Depositary).
    • Knowledge of the connectivity requirements between a Fund Administrator / Custodian and the other third party service providers to a Fund.

    Qualifications and Skills Required:

    • Third level graduate, professional qualification or part qualification an advantage.
    • Excellent organizational
    • Interpersonal and Communication skills.
    • Good project management and leadership skills, attention to detail.
    • Proactive approach: seeking progress and seeking success.
    • Principled behavior: adhering to standards and disciplined execution.
    • Partnership with clients: valuing partnership and influencing confidently.
    • Be able to take responsibility and resolve issues as they arise
