Compliance Market Surveillance Analyst- Dublin
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Analyst (Market Surveillance) to join their growing team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the oversight of a number of regulated investment firms operating across the EU and UK.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Compliance you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the firm's market abuse surveillance program. This position sits within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is ideal for professionals with a strong interest in trading, regulation, and automated monitoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of market abuse alerts using surveillance tools
- Work with compliance colleagues to continuously improve monitoring capabilities and processes
- Engage with internal stakeholders to escalate and investigate surveillance alerts
- Support the enhancement of governance arrangements and internal controls through effective policies and procedures
Who you are?
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a compliance role within a regulated investment firm or investment bank
- Proven experience in market abuse surveillance is essential
- Familiarity with EU and UK regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II, MiFIR, MAR, IFR/IFPR, AML, and IAF
