Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a well-established finance team in Dublin 15 as part of a well-established FMCG company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on credit management and customer account handling.

Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 (Hybrid - 2 days in office per week)
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the credit control function, ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Proactively contacting customers regarding overdue balances and negotiating payment plans.
- Processing credit applications and ensuring accurate account setup.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries related to payments and invoicing.
- Preparing aged debt reports and highlighting high-risk accounts.
- Monitoring returned payments and taking appropriate follow-up actions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure adherence to credit policies.
- Maintaining up-to-date records in the credit management system.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
