Executive Assistant - Dublin 1 (Hybrid)- Immediate Start - 2/3 Month Temporary contract
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? We are hiring an EA to support senior leadership, providing high-level administrative and organizational support within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate complex schedules, prioritise meetings, and manage appointments across multiple time zones.
Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
Handle correspondence, screen calls, and liaise with key stakeholders professionally.
Maintain client contact information, update CRM records, and manage confidential documents.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business materials using Microsoft Office.
Arrange travel, process expenses, and manage invoices.
Assist with business continuity planning and special projects as required.
What You Need:
3+ years' experience in an EA or senior administrative role supporting senior management or C-suite executives.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience in client management and CRM systems is a plus.
