About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. This role is perfect for an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Managing HR Locker and maintaining accurate employee records
✅ Handling compensation paperwork and issuing salary letters
✅ Maintaining annual leave records and ensuring data accuracy
✅ Assisting with populating salary surveys
✅ Providing general administrative support to the HR team
About You:
🔹 Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
🔹 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
🔹 Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
🔹 Proficiency in HR systems (experience with HR Locker is a plus!)
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
