Our client is a fast growing FMCG company specialising in key consumer products geared towards the fitness industry and have been quickly adding to a newly established team in Dublin.
As Logistics Specialist you will play a key role in all global inventory and reveiving and the ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of documentation and data entry with precision.
This is a full time permament position with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process receiving documentation for inbound international shipments.
Accurately verify and record inventory receipts in internal systems.
Collaborate with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely delivery confirmation.
Maintain accurate receiving logs and update ERP systems in real-time.
Support the month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation processes.
Ensure all import documents are properly archived and accessible.
Communicate any shipment delays or issues to the appropriate teams promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in logistics, inventory, supply chain, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
