Office Manager Role
My client based in Dublin City Centre is looking for an Office Manager. This is a permanent position, fully onsite Monday - Thursday working 30 hours per week. This key role will provide comprehensive executive admin support, collaborate with internal teams, manage the facilities and day to day operations of the Dublin Office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, manage office supplies and equipment, handle mail and correspondence, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Act as Personal Assistant to senior management, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Oversee building maintenance, ensure safety and environmental standards are met, manage security systems, and liaise with building management.
- Coordinate with IT support for smooth technology operations and manage relationships with vendors for office-related services.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and support other HR-related tasks.
- Process invoices, manage expenses, reconcile accounts, and assist with audits.
- Organize company events, meetings, and manage logistics for external guests.
- Implement and maintain health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years office management experience
- Experience as an EA/PA - diary management experience
- Events planning and coordination experience.
