The successful candidate will be part of a team that is implementing campaigns for the EMEA region and building strategic partnerships with organisations that are key to our mission and values - in an effort to help our Commercial Legal and Government Affairs teams engage with customers, clients, policymakers, regulators, trade groups, academics, and others to help shape the role of technology to enable greater economic opportunity in the face of our changing economy.

Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develops and maintains a detailed project plan that tracks progress and identifies risks and issues.
- Manages a series of events across Europe in collaboration with strategic third-party stakeholders.
- Coordinates and manages internal and external resources, vendors, and partners for the successful execution of projects, under the supervision of the campaign lead
- Assists in coordinating the alignment of our priorities across Europe between our government affairs and commercial legal work.
- Monitors and reports on project performance, status, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manages changes in project scope, schedule, budget and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
Internal Collaboration and Campaign Management
- Supports in the process of connecting a wide set of internal stakeholders to program development and execution.
- Participates in and coordinates intra-group and/or cross-group projects.
- Escalates and helps resolve cross-group priority conflicts to gain alignment across teams as needed.
- Addresses internal stakeholders' objectives and priorities when making recommendations on projects and resource priorities.
Stakeholder Management
- Drives day-to-day operations and planning. Helps to manage teams' rhythm of business (ROB), attends key meetings, ensures timely response to action items and fields and gathers information about engagement asks.
- Partners closely with the Commercial Leadership Team to land operational and quality excellence strategies internally and across external legal suppliers.
- Collaborates with multiple business and legal delivery partners (incl. Attorneys, Paralegals, and Management) across the EMEA Legal Team.
- Creates and presents regular reports to senior management.
- Works closely with external service management teams at suppliers to monitor service delivery, action feedback, and ensure high-quality output.
- Engages in continuous improvement of operational excellence by collaborating across internal teams and with external suppliers.
Refining Image
- Identifies opportunities for internal and external engagement; assists in coordinating internal/external events, including developing content, drafting materials, and coordination invitation procedures
- Implements the communications strategy to ensure programs are integrated into external stakeholder messaging.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field AND in Project Management
