Property Administrator

If so, our client, a dynamic and reputable property company based in the heart of the city centre, is seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to join their growing team.
- Fully onsite during probationary period, then moving to hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home)
- Salary: €32,000 - €35,000 DOE
- Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support: This includes scheduling appointments, organising meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling general office duties.
- Managing property-related documentation: Creating, processing, and maintaining accurate records, including tenancy agreements, lease documents, property listings, maintenance reports, and financial records.
- Acting as a first point of contact: Handling telephone calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders: Building and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Assisting with the preparation of property marketing materials: This may include creating brochures, updating online portals, and coordinating viewings.
- Processing invoices and managing payments: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Maintaining and updating property management systems and databases: Ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs: Logging maintenance requests, liaising with contractors, and tracking progress.
- Assisting with property inspections and check-in/check-out processes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the property sector (e.g., estate agency, property management or construction).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
