Job Title: Quality Assurance Team Lead
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract

I am seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Assurance Team Lead to join the dynamic team of my client in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a Quality Assurance team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across our quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily QA operations and guide a team to achieve excellence in quality and compliance.
• Oversee and manage quality processes, audits, and documentation in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement projects and ensure adherence to GMP and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance leadership within pharma/bio/medical device industries.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
