Senior Financial Accountant

Exciting opportunity for a recently qualified accountant with 1-3 years PQE to join a market leading technology business in Dublin City Centre.

The role, Senior Financial Accountant will play a key role in Finance team and will gain excellent exposure to interacting directly with the Senior Leadership team. As the successful applicant you will report directly to the Head of Finance and manage one direct report. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Financial Accountant looking to get experience in team management.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the month end reporting process
• Preparation of consolidated reports for monthly management accounts and statutory purposes
• Manage the audit process
• Conduct due diligence of any potential acquisitions
• Prepare all relevant tax filings
• Prepare annual returns and relevant company secretarial filings
• Conduct financial analysis, reports and requests as required by the Head of Finance or CFO

Essential Requirements:

• Big 4 qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with 1-3 years PQE
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
