Senior Project Manager - Contract (12 months) - Dublin
We are seeking a project manager to support the delivery of a major expansion project at a leading biopharmaceutical facility in Dublin. This role will focus on the implementation of new automatic syringe inspection lines to strengthen site capabilities and future product supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CAPEX project delivery from design through to operational readiness.
- Oversee vendor engagement, including technical oversight, FAT/SAT, build, and delivery.
- Manage installation, commissioning, and qualification of new inspection equipment to GMP standards.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and fully compliant.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, quality, and validation.
- Undertake international travel to vendor sites as required.
Ideal Candidate
- Degree-qualified engineer (Mechanical, Process, Automation, or related discipline).
- Proven track record in engineering project delivery within pharma/biopharma.
- Experience with automated inspection equipment, packaging, or fill-finish systems is highly desirable.
- Strong vendor management and CQV experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to travel internationally during project phases.
