Morgan McKinley are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Dublin.
Playing a critical role in managing the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, this Supply Chain Coordinator will ensure optimal inventory levels and support supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Assist in negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and service levels with vendors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Analyze supply chain performance data and generate reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Place and manage purchase orders to ensure inventory levels are maintained, coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement within the supply chain.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of order information into inventory management.
Key requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
