We work on solving problems at a very large scale, to repair all of our infrastructure assets i.e. servers, switches, line cards, caching appliances, communications circuits to ensure our data centers, backbone network, edge network, points of presence etc. are returned to service and run at maximum efficiency and capacity.
Our Repair Automation products are engineered to ensure the assets are returned to service within agreed service levels.
Using data driven analytics and visualization, we continuously look for opportunities to increase efficiency by automating-out manual handover steps within our repair workflows. But in certain use cases, there are human checks intentionally built-in to our workflows.
As the program manager in the IDC Infrastructure Enablement, Product Enablement team, you will be working with network engineering and software development teams to drive them to deliver software changes to fully automate the H1 2025 prioritized scope of Network Repair workflows.
The program has completed the first phase of software changes to fully automate the H2 2024 re-prioritized scope of Network Repair workflows on recent newly innovated Repair Automation products.
As the program/project manager you will be expected to quickly gain the accurate understanding of Network Repair Workflows prioritized to be delivered within and by the end of H1 2025. You will need to convert the delivery of work into an execution plan, drive and track the delivery, manage all people and technical risks and you will regularly update stakeholders at senior manager and director level.
You will take-over delivery of automating the H1 2025 prioritized scope of Network Repair workflows, establish relationships with network engineering, software development teams, third parties and internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing project schedules, identify risks and associated mitigation plans, and clearly communicate to program stakeholders.
We are looking for a technical program/project manager who has a strong technical software delivery track-record, has 8+ years of experience managing virtual teams of cross-functional software engineering disciplines and is a natural motivator.
We need a technical program/project manager who builds relationships, and champions for driving automation of new and existing Network Repairs processes, to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced innovative environment.
