Morgan McKinley is delighted to be working with a Brighton based organisation who are seeing considerable year on year growth. We are looking to speak to experienced Payroll Administrators to join this excellent business on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: £28K - £35K per annum
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Hours: 37.5hrs per week - 9-5.30pm
Duties & responsibilities:
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, covering all stages from start to completion.
- Maintain and update payroll records efficiently.
- Handle calculations for part-month payments and holiday entitlements.
- Administer statutory payments in compliance with regulations.
- Process P45 forms promptly.
- Communicate with clients to clarify calculations and resolve queries.
- Oversee client pension schemes across multiple providers, including setup and monthly uploads.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in a payroll department, processing a monthly payroll
- Strong attention to detail / data entry experience
- Excellent numerical skills
