Finance Officer - Up to 24K

About the role

As a Finance Officer, you will play a vital role in conducting payment handling, expense management and communication with various stakeholders within the financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing invoices.
• Address disputed invoices and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review payment compliance to ensure alignment with accounting policies.
• Assist in departmental expense management.
• Enhance payment processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support various ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Independent and capable of thriving under pressure.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
