    A global medical technology leader is seeking a Field Application Specialist to support hospitals in Hiroshima by providing clinical training and expert guidance on advanced patient monitoring devices. This role is ideal for a registered nurse or clinical engineer looking to move beyond bedside care and make a broader impact across multiple hospitals. You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and internal teams to ensure life-saving monitoring tools are used safely, effectively, and in line with best clinical practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide expert guidance to doctors and nurses on the safe and effective use of advanced patient monitoring systems
    • Support the sales team during procedures to ensure equipment is correctly applied in clinical settings
    • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and in-service programs for hospital staff
    • Collect feedback from healthcare professionals and share insights to improve products and clinical strategies
    • Build strong relationships with ICU, operating room, and emergency department teams to support long-term adoption

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience as a registered nurse or clinical engineer
    • Clinical background in ICU, operating rooms, or emergency departments
    • Hands-on experience with advanced monitoring systems related to blood flow and cardiac function
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate for future career opportunities
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong motivation to support critically ill patients through advanced medical technology
    • Ability to explain complex clinical data clearly to different audiences
    • Independent working style with strong self-management and learning mindset
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native-level fluency
    • English: Intermediate to Business-level proficiency

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Previous experience working for a medical device company
    • Ability to read and understand technical papers and global research in English
    • Experience in a clinical specialist or application specialist role
