A reputable financial institution provides a wide range of financial services. As part of its continued growth and adaptation to market demands, the company is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist focusing on Accounts payable duties for their asset management team.

About the role

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in handling a wide range of accounts payable, communicate with vendors and supporting their asset management team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with various departments to optimize payment processes.
• Timely generate and complete expense reports.
• Contribute to system projects and streamline workflow processes.
• Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-4 year of relevant experience in financial service industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel skills and well communication skill
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
