Job duties:
- Responsible for internal and external calls from users and provide remote support on client devices and gaming/ non-gaming systems
- Ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents/ service request
- Identify systematic problems and/ or recommend opportunities for improvement that will eliminate or reduce number of reported problems
- Handle user access administration on various systems and follow-up with users to ensure satisfaction
- Fill in the shift log to ensure a smooth hand over process to next shift
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with personal computers/ laptops/ mobile devices in iOS & Android platform
- Proficient with Windows platform, Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Office applications
- Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese/ Mandarin
Working mode:
- Hybird working mode in office or work from home
- Employed on a full time basis working 40 hours a week
- Working on 24x7 rotating shift including weekends, public holidays and overnight shift
