Legal Counsel (Family Office)

Our client is a family office focused on primary market investment in the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on corporate and commercial matters, including M&A and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents.
• Lead cross-border transactions and work with external counsel.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise management on legal risks and business strategies.
• Develop policies for legal risk management and governance.

Requirements

• Admission to the bar in Hong Kong or another recognized jurisdiction with over 7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the financial services, investment, or technology industries.
• Strong expertise in corporate transactions, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across jurisdictions.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
