About the role
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the company's ERM framework, implementing it across divisions, and enhancing efficiency through collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, supporting the Three Lines of Defense Operating Model and Enterprise Risk Governance.
- Implement the ERM framework across divisions based on agreed timelines, including objective setting, risk assessment, response, and monitoring.
- Enhance effectiveness and efficiency through cross-functional collaboration, supporting the delivery of risk system solutions and engaging with risk and control SMEs.
- Drive team development and engagement through ongoing professional and business skills development.
- Ensure high professional and ethical standards in risk management practices.
- Articulate risk, mitigation, and resiliency strategies across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate expertise in quantitative and qualitative risk management techniques, project management, and industry best practices in ERM.
Requirements
- University degree with preference in Accounting, Mathematical, or Risk Management.
- At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management (non-financial risk).
- Strong understanding of risk management concepts and techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive with high levels of initiative and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI/Alteryx is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Only candidates with risk management experience from big 4, consulting firms, or sizeable companies would be considered
