About The Role
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and development activities, for instance preparation and control of annual budget for installation and maintenance works, and the review of quality and standards of services from contractors, & sub-contractors.
Job Responsibilities
- Take lead for the processes of planning, designing, and development for Electrical & Building Services installations and maintenance projects (i.e. preparation and control of annual budget for installation and maintenance works)
- Oversee a small team of technicians for day-to-day operation fulfilment within the maintenance and operations department
- Manage site work and T&C and expedite resolutions to resolve problems which affects the achievement of project deliverables
- Perform periodic reviews with contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure quality and standards of contracted services are sustained
- Compile technical submissions and relevant system schematics for tenders and contracts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Building Service Engineering or any relevant Engineering discipline of studies
- Minimum 5 years of FM/ Electrical/ Building Service installation experience, preferably with relevant experience obtained within the sector of Facility & Property Management, Real Estate Services, or E&M Engineering Contracting sector
- Individual with Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker, Grade C(0) and H(0) is highly preferred
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal skillset to facilitate work with government officials and key stakeholders for a smooth project delivery
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Engineer
- Immediate availability is preferred
