About The Role
As an Assistant Technical Manager, you'll be responsible for the supervision of routine O&M activities constructed by a team for building services installations.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee a team for daily maintenance and repair services works (MEP, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, etc)
- Establish annual budget reports for installation and maintenance, and renovation works for electrical and building services system
- Carry out inspections on site for all program of works constructed by contractors, and subcontractors
- Responsible for fault investigations and diagnostics for defects reported and provide clear instructions for processes of troubleshoot
- Perform periodic performance reviews on contracted engineering services to ensure standards and quality are maintained according to SQL
- Draft technical submissions and system schematics according to industrial regulation and compliance requirements stated by local authorities for processes of certification, licensing, and permits for electrical and mechanical works
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Building Services Engineering or any other equivalent discipline of Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance & operations experience for Electrical or Building Services installations, all of which should be obtained within the industries of integrated facilities services or commercial real estate
- Individuals must be experience with Electrical & BS installations, electrical and power supply systems (LV, MV, and HV) is highly preferred
- Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker, Grade C0 and H0 is required
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Individual with great interpersonal skills to facilitate day to day operations and communications between stakeholders
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Senior Technical Officer
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
