    Job Summary:

    Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager with a strong background in data analytics and modelling. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of experience in human resources, with a proven ability to leverage data to support decision-making, business special projects and strategic initiatives. Previous experience in a Big 4 firm or consultancy is highly advantageous.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR data analytics strategies to drive insights and support HR decision-making.
    • Analyze HR data trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
    • Collaborate with HR leadership to support special projects across Hong Kong and China, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate HR metrics to stakeholders.
    • Conduct data modelling to forecast HR needs and outcomes, supporting workforce planning efforts.
    • Partner with IT and other departments to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
    • Provide training and support to HR staff on data analytics tools and methodologies.



    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum 9 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on data analytics.
    • Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
    • Experience working in a Big 4 firm or consultancy is a significant advantage.
    • Proven track record in supporting HR special projects, particularly in Hong Kong and China.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
