Manage customer transaction activities, including responding to customer inquiries, handling loans, deposits, FX transactions, customer onboarding, bank registration changes, and KYC-related tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer transactions are processed efficiently and on time.
Support Relationship Managers (RMs) by assisting in maintaining strong client relationships, gathering relevant information, and helping to identify new business opportunities.
Promote the bank's products and services by increasing transaction volumes and broadening the scope of deposits, loans, and FX-related activities.
Streamline operational workflows for improved efficiency.
Provide training and guidance to new team members to ensure seamless integration into the team.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
At least 2years of relevant banking experience, preferably in the corporate banking sector.
Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and operational procedures.
Customer-focused with a strong service mindset and the ability to identify and address client needs.
Excellent teamwork, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
