My client is a global sustainable energy company experiencing rapid growth and expansion. They are seeking talented corporate finance professionals who are passionate about M&A, due diligence, and modeling to steer business strategies. Direct investment experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses for the commercial team or designated business units.
- Utilize financial modeling, portfolio analysis, valuation, and scenario analysis to evaluate the impacts of business decisions.
- Support/manage acquisition or divestment projects and engage in business development activities.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor business performance and benchmark key aspects such as cash flow, earnings, costs, and capital investment.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities to optimize costs and boost revenue.
- Assist in developing business cases for project investments through appropriate financial analysis and risk assessment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant disciplines. CPA qualification or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years in a relevant position focusing on valuation/financial modeling for direct investment projects.
- Exposure to the oil & gas industry is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in English and Chinese. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
