Reporting to the CEO, you would manage a team of about 20-30 people in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland and Southeast Asia
Lead the full-fledged human resources and administration function
Align the human capital strategy with the overall business strategy
Act as a business partner to different business and operations department to drive growth
Perform analysis on P&L from the human resources perspective
Revamp the compensation and benefits function and make positive changes to the sales incentive and commission scheme of front-line staff
Perform talent acquisition of senior and critical hirings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a globally renowned university
At least 15 years of relevant experience gained from large companies; prior experience from the retail industry would be a plus
Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin would be advantageous
Has a good sense to numbers, can work under pressure and be flexible in terms of working hours when required, possess outstanding stakeholder and management skills and able to perform change management
Candidates who are immediately available would be strongly preferred
