Coordinate and manage the workstream for a large project
Draft and update HR project management task lists and management dashboard
Plan, coordinate and execute projects including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies
Project resources and future BAU stage 5-Year Headcount Planning and participate in the project operating model planning exercise, responsible for headcount forecasting exercise.
Provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with local HR team and headquarter HR business facing and HR Analytics team
Responsible for other ad-hoc projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder from a well recognised university
Excellent command of English and Chinese
A minimum of 7 years of experience, with project management experience (such as HR transformation / change management and organisational structure design) gained from large consulting firms
