Serve as a Responsible Officer (RO) under the Insurance Authority, overseeing regulated activities and ensuring the implementation comply with the Insurance Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of the insurance business, developing sales strategies and distribution channels to achieve business goals.
Identify the needs and expectations of key partners to unlock business opportunities and expand market share.
Supervise business operations, including the development, review, and monitoring of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the insurance portfolio.
Design and drive the annual business plan based on industry trends and business dynamics.
Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related discipline.
Successfully passed all relevant papers of the Insurance Intermediaries Quality Examination.
At least 8 years of experience in insurance sales management and business development.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to influence and develop sales initiatives to maximize revenue.
Excellent stakeholder management, sales acumen, and customer-centric approach, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of business acumen, self-motivation, and agility to navigate challenges effectively.
