Job Description:
- Focus on building and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as referral sources, within the our Group. Your goal is to attract clients through these connections.
- As a representative of our EAM business holding SFC licenses Type 1, 4, and 9, your main responsibilities include:
- Cultivate new business opportunities from potential clients introduced by current referrers. Act as a Relationship Manager by:
- Addressing prospective clients' needs with tailored solutions, creating proposals, and nurturing relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Identifying and offering attractive solutions to Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) in Japan, and encouraging client referrals by presenting proposals to referrers.
Requirements:
- Experience in the financial sector is necessary. While a specific expertise isn't required, candidates with a sales background and a successful track record are preferred.
- Ability to travel to Japan is essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with referrers. Prior experience in this area is highly valued.
- While you are not expected to bring an existing client base, you should have the skills to develop your own clientele upon joining us.
- A strong focus on revenue and cost management, or experience in this area, is important.
- Language Skills: Native or N1 proficiency in Japanese is required, and business-level English is preferred to meet SFC licensing requirements.
- As the role targets UHNWIs in Japan, you need the sensitivity to understand their needs and the expertise to meet them effectively.
