Support the department head in the design of general insurance products (both medical and non-medical), including the development and improvement of a wide range of insurance products distributed through various channels such as agency, direct, agents & brokers, and bancassurance.
Collaborate with the department head and superiors to oversee the product development, implementation, and approval processes. Work closely with different divisions such as actuarial, operations, legal and compliance, distribution channels, marketing, finance, and IT to deliver innovative and high-quality products and services aligned with the company's business goals.
Create presentation materials, product specifications, approval documents, implementation schedules, policy provisions, launch packages, post-launch evaluations, risk assessments, guidelines, and procedures throughout the product development phase.
Manage and supervise the distribution of product materials, training resources, and product briefings prior to product launches.
Assist the division or department head in formulating recommendations to management by continuously evaluating the performance and competitiveness of existing, recently launched, and updated products.
Conduct regular market research and prepare competitive analyses.
Job requirements:
Degree holder
5+ years of relevant experience in insurance product development and implementation of general insurance products
A comprehensive understanding of general insurance products (both medical and non-medical), with a focus on digital insurance products, is essential
Proficiency in communication, presentation, analysis, and project management, along with the capability to cultivate constructive working connections, is imperative.
