Launch new initiatives to expand and enhance platform offerings.
Develop and maintain close relationships with key clients, channel partners and other merchants to strengthen the product ecosystem and expand market reach.
Analyze customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities and optimize promotions.
Conduct market research to understand unique characteristics of the market, craft strategic business plans across various segments to meet the overall goals.
Qualifications:
Degree holder in Business related disciplines
8+ years of experience in business development, preferably from App platform, online marketplace, F&B, lifestyle, travel or attractions sectors
Proven track record in merchant acquisition, business strategic planning, creating practical action points
Strong data analysis, project management and communication skills
Passionate, proactive and self-motivated candidate with can-do attitude
Passionate about delivering superior user experiences and business performance
Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Manager
