We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our client's team. The successful applicant will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in executing programmes efficiently and effectively. This role involves coordinating PMO activities with both external and internal stakeholders, organizing meetings, assisting with commercial, audit, and quality assurance reviews, and maintaining project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and business users to arrange workshops and meetings.
- Assist with audit and quality assurance reviews, including documentation collection, meeting coordination, managing clarification requests, and tracking audit follow-ups.
- Support contract management activities, including goods receipt and invoice processing.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification.
- Work alongside the PMO lead to collaborate with stakeholders and users to address and resolve issues as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the aforementioned areas.
- Strong administrative and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively with quick turnaround times.
- Proficiency in presentation and analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Chinese.
- Experience in project or program management and business process review is a plus.
- Familiarity with JIRA, SAP, or Oracle is advantageous.
