Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project from planning to completion
- Ensure the project aligning with the plan, budget, vision and timeline
- Conduct in-depth research on Japanese building regulations, laws and securing all necessary permits
- Liaise with external parties including architects, designers, contractors, local authorities, consultancy firm and other business partners to make the project running smoothly
- Manage the project budget to maximize the cost-effectiveness and high-quality outcomes
- Identify, assess and mitigate risk throughout the project
- Explore possible sites for future development, evaluating their value and suitability for high-end projects

Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Project Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Finance or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in premium real estate project management in Japan, preferably from real estate, property development, investment firm and consultancy firm
- Highly fluent in Japanese and English is a must
- Solid skills in land scouting, design management, feasibility studies, financial oversight
- Knowledgeable in Japan local regulation will be an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving, risk management capabilities
- Agile, independent, self-motivated candidate
- Frequent travel to Japan is required
