About the role

As a Sourcing Manager, you will play a vital role on vendor management, risk management and presentation for the management on engineering hardware

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential vendors while managing existing relationships to support sourcing activities.
• Oversee procurement processes, including tender preparation, RFP and contract management.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and build strong partnerships.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service agreements and addressing any issues that arise.

Requirements

• 7 years of relevant experience in sourcing in corporate service
• Experience managing sourcing for large-scale projects and complex engineering contracts.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Proven project management and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in SAP/ Ariba procurement application
