Job Responsbilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft applications, Windows, macOS, and desktop software
* Maintain and update client systems through remote monitoring and management
* Support and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
* Deliver on-site and remote IT support for workstations, connectivity, and end-user applications
* Handle and prioritize multiple support cases, incidents, and client queries for hardware, software, network, and telecom issues
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and maintain support documentation and knowledge base
* Build strong client relationships and ensure effective communication throughout support activities
