Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for our valued clients, delivering prompt, professional, and engaging support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries and ensure a seamless experience.
- Keep client records accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with internal systems.
- Champion GDPR compliance in all communications and actions.
- Stay in the loop on business updates and actively engage in ongoing training.
- Ensure every client touchpoint is thoughtful, efficient, and leaves a lasting impression.
