Job Title: Program Manager - CSTE Reliability and Quality (Remote Contract)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Program Manager to join our growing CSTE Reliability and Quality team. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, analysts, data scientists, attorneys, and business professionals to build scalable, reliable, and secure tools using state-of-the-art cloud technologies.
As a Program Manager, you will oversee end-to-end program lifecycles, drive product management best practices, and manage data analytics initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven solutions align with business objectives and promote trust within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product management and data analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
- Product Management: Drive excellence in product management practices across product development and data analytics programmes.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data analytics solutions that meet business needs.
- Data Analytics: Utilise tools such as Power BI and Kusto to analyse data, create visual reports, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product management, and other teams to integrate data analytics measures into development and operational processes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track program metrics, generate reports, and communicate insights using Power BI and Kusto.
- ADO Administration: Manage and configure Azure DevOps (ADO) projects to ensure efficient workflows and seamless integration with other tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management within product management and data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL (KQL is a plus), Power BI, and other data visualisation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with cloud technology solutions.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) project management and configuration.
- Familiarity with automated test/quality frameworks.
- Knowledge of security and Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) processes.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in KQL (Kusto Query Language).
- Experience managing Agile projects as a Technical Program Manager (TPM).
- Understanding of Cybersecurity principles.
