In this role, you will be working within Risk, Information Products and Control, which focuses on a variety of risk focused activities, such as due diligence and performance monitoring. This team is responsible for ensuring that the wider teams and stakeholders meet all of their regulatory and compliance requirements as well as managing information to external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of complex, global change projects adhering to regulatory, compliance & risk requirements
- Execute additional contractual arrangements with specified providers and Support negotiations and oversight where necessary
- Establish new membership/participant arrangement if required
- Support operations engagement with all providers with regards to the establishment of new securities/cash accounts, transition of assets
- Complete all regulatory and oversight reporting with all providers
- Manage regulatory KYC compliance process
- Maintain & distribute effective project reporting tools & controls.
Requirements:
- Experience in Financial Services
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services organization.
- Experience with program delivery.
- Experience with requirement gathering, elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and scope document creation.
- Experience adapting application, process improvements, and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills.
