We have an exciting opportunity for a bright Payroll professional with a leading Irish name based.
The successful applicant will have ample opportunity working with a payroll team of 3, taking ownership of the weekly payroll completing end to end payrolls.
- Hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office per week after a couple of weeks initial training

Initially a 12- 14 month contract
Core responsibilities & exposures:
- Involvement in the operational processing of weekly payroll
 
- Inputting of timesheet info for weekly paid employees.
 
- Understanding of simple pay related calculations (Annual Leave and Public Holiday Entitlement, Social Welfare payments, etc)
 
- Answer basic employee queries relating to pay, benefits and general HR queries.
 
- Administer employee benefits, bike to work, travel saver etc.
 
- Ensure all employee data on both the Payroll and HR system is up to date. 
 
- Assisting new employees with onboarding.
 
- Issuing contracts of employment.
 
- Ensuring all new hire documentation and compliance is in place.
 
- Monitoring and tracking employee changes
 
- Utilising the shared People Services ticketing system assigning tickets and responding to
 
- Signposting employees to company policies and using company systems where applicable (Time and Attendance System, Expenses System etc).
 
- Run and utilise data from company (HR System, Payroll System) for stakeholders.
 
A bit about you:
- Minimum of 1 -5 year+ Payroll processing experience within a fast paced organisation.
 
- Experience using a payroll systems.
 
- IPASS Qualification desirable but not essential
 
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Package.
 
- Attention to detail.
 
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
 
- Good knowledge of employee and employment lifecycle processes.
 
- HR Admin experience desirable.
