Field Sales Executive: Machinery Sales
Location: Kilkenny
Travel around South Leinster & Munster will be required for this role, company car provided
Position Overview
Morgan McKinley is currently working with a well-established plant & machinery dealership who supply equipment to construction & mining industries. Due to recent expansion, our client is looking for an innovative & hardworking sales executive to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate products through demonstrating product features and benefits to customers.
- Service existing accounts, whilst providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and promote products.
- Achieve sales targets and report on sales activities regularly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recommend product and service improvements based on customer feedback.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the machinery or construction/mining industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction trends.
- Experience with B2B sales is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver's license
