PMO - Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crucial support for major infrastructure initiatives, including network builds, data center expansions, and application migrations.

• Provide comprehensive PMO support to Project Managers, maintaining accurate project schedules, plans, and documentation (risks, issues, actions, decisions).

• Manage project financials, including budget forecasting, raising funding requests, and tracking actuals vs. budget.

• Prepare and distribute regular status reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for stakeholders and governance committees.

• Ensure all projects adhere to the firm's Project Life Cycle standards and maintain high-quality, up-to-date records on SharePoint.

• Support departmental activities such as financial analysis, budgeting, and communications, while coordinating with global and regional IT teams.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a project management or PMO capacity.

• Experience working in large scale organizations, FI industry expereince is preferred

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure projects (networking, voice, data center) is preferred

• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and analytical ability.

• Self-motivated team player capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
