Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee information.
- Calculate and process statutory deductions, overtime, bonuses, and other adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and company policies.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees and management promptly.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as tax authorities and benefits providers, as required.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll accounts monthly.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing weekly payroll, preferably for medium to large teams.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
