Key Responsibilities
- Lead audits for a diverse range of clients within the property and real estate sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and senior professionals across the firm.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on complex audit and accounting matters, ensuring the highest quality of service.
- Manage a growing portfolio of clients while overseeing a team to deliver efficient, high-quality audits.
- Mentor and develop audit staff, helping them to progress in their careers and enhance their technical expertise.
- Contribute to the firm's business development efforts, targeting growth within the property and real estate sectors.
- Play an integral role in the firm's management and strategic decision-making process.
Key Requirements
- Responsible Individual (RI) status is essential.
- Proven expertise in auditing property and real estate clients, with a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and requirements.
- Significant experience managing large, complex audit engagements.
- Strong technical proficiency in auditing, accounting, and reporting standards, with particular focus on the property sector.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
- Existing Audit Director or Partner-level experience is preferred; however, those ready to step up from Audit Director level will be considered.
