Senior Payroll Manager
Are you an experienced Payroll professional with a passion for delivering high-quality service? We are looking for a Senior Payroll Advisor to join my clients dynamic team within the Finance Department.
About the Role:
As a Senior Payroll Manager you will oversee and support the Payroll Officers in processing the monthly payroll for 8,000 employees across the UK, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring payroll deadlines are met, and delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations. You'll work closely with HR, the People System team, and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless service, ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will also support the production of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team performance and help drive continuous improvement within the department.
