    Communications and Marketing Associate

    Morgan McKinley are headhunting on behalf of a leading FX Business who are looking for a Marketing & Communications Associate to support the CEO office. The associate will ensure smooth operations across budgeting, risk reporting, project coordination, and policy management. You will also play a key role in assisting the Communications & Marketing team with campaign coordination, content management, and event logistics.

    Key Responsibilities

    CEO Office Administrative Support

    • Budgeting - Manage procurement processes, including raising purchase orders, onboarding suppliers, processing invoices, and tracking payments.
    • Risk Reporting - Coordinate materials for quarterly risk assessment reports.
    • Project Support - Provide administrative assistance for various strategic projects and process optimization initiatives.
    • Policy & Procedures - Oversee the review cycle for policy and procedure documents to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

    Communications & Marketing Support

    • Campaign Coordination - Maintain the content calendar and monitor marketing campaign progress.
    • Meeting Coordination - Organize team and stakeholder meetings, including scheduling logistics and preparing materials.
    • Content Management - Support website, social media, SharePoint libraries, and marketing toolkit updates.
    • Event Support - Assist in logistics and execution of corporate events.

    What We're Looking For

    • Previous experience in an administrative or team support role.
    • Experience within Finanical Services
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong communication skills, with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
    • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
    • Experience with event organization and digital marketing channels (CMS, social media) is advantageous.
