You will spearhead the transformation and optimisation of the end-to-end Treasury processes, aligning with the strategic goals of financial resilience and digital innovation. You'll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, championing innovation and continuous improvement while maintaining the robust controls and assurance required.
- Transform Treasury Processes: Lead the delivery of process improvements, ensuring they are future-ready.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with key teams to design and implement transformational initiatives.
- Leverage Technology: Identify and implement Treasury technologies, manage integrations and optimise system utilisation.
- Drive Governance: Ensure Treasury processes meet strict control and audit requirements, creating and maintaining process maps and control documentation.
- Inspire Change: Champion innovation, automation and digitisation to enhance operational efficiency.
We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in systems transformation/programme delivery, within operations.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury, financial instruments and risk management.
- Knowledge of Treasury systems; Quantum and Reval highly beneficial.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and influencing skills.
- A track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in complex environments.
- Ability to balance priorities and deliver against challenging deadlines.
Please note: Role to start as soon as possible, with 3 days per week working in the West London offices.
